This class is about the structure and form of the Holy Eucharist and the Daily Office. It was designed to complement and expand upon this book: Jeffrey Lee. Opening the Prayer Book. Boston: Cowley Publications, 1999.

The outline provided has two parts. First is a detailed text that can be copied as a handout. I don't recommend teaching everything that is on the handout in a single sitting, because it is too much material; it could be broken into smaller pieces for an extended study. The second part are handouts that can be copied onto transparencies. The class notes are Adobe 5.0 *.pdf files You can download a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader™ if you need to.
